Our snowbird care program provides structured 1–2 visits per month with a photo report delivered within 24 hours after each visit. We walk the exterior for new damage, check the interior for water under sinks or pest activity, confirm the irrigation timer is operating correctly, and test exterior lights. Every visit is documented and photographed.
Before you leave, we do a pre-departure walkthrough to document all systems and note any known issues. We set a pre-authorized repair limit with you — so minor urgent repairs can be handled immediately without waiting for an international phone call. Larger repairs are approved by phone, email, or text. When a monsoon hits, we visit within 48 hours. When you're ready to return, we do a preparation visit to address anything that needs attention before you arrive.
