Address all found issues that can be handled in the same visit — re-caulk windows, replace weather stripping, fill hairline stucco cracks, clean gutters.

Photo Report Delivery

Receive a prioritized inspection report with photos within 48 hours. Approve any follow-up project work that requires a separate visit.

Fall Visit (October)

Post-monsoon damage assessment, interior door and hardware check, plumbing fixture review, roof vent check, attic inspection. Update property maintenance log for next cycle.
