1. Agreement to Terms

By using the website at besthandymantucson.com or by booking services with Best Handyman Tucson, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors to the website and all clients who hire Best Handyman Tucson for work.

Best Handyman Tucson is owned and operated by Christian, based in Tucson, Arizona.

2. Services

Best Handyman Tucson provides professional handyman services including but not limited to: general repairs, installations, carpentry, painting, exterior maintenance, property services, and specialty projects. A full list of services is available at besthandymantucson.com/services/.

We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our scope of expertise, presents safety concerns, or requires a licensed contractor in a specialty trade.

3. Service Area

We serve Tucson, AZ and surrounding communities including Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina Foothills, Sahuarita, Vail, and Green Valley. Jobs outside this area may be available by special arrangement.

4. Estimates and Quotes

Best Handyman Tucson provides free, no-obligation estimates. Final pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and project complexity.

• Free estimates: All estimates are provided at no cost with no obligation.
• Materials: Materials are billed at cost. You may supply your own materials if you prefer.
• Change orders: If the scope of work expands beyond the original estimate, we will notify you before proceeding. Your approval is required before additional work begins.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash
• Check (payable to Best Handyman Tucson)
• Venmo
• Zelle

For larger projects, we may request a deposit before work begins. This will be communicated and agreed to before the job is scheduled.

Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling loss.

7. Warranty

Best Handyman Tucson provides a 1-year warranty on all residential labor:

• If work we performed fails due to a defect in our workmanship within 12 months, we will return to correct it at no charge.
• The warranty does not cover failures caused by acts of nature, tenant damage, improper use, or modification by others.
• The warranty does not cover materials — material defects should be addressed with the manufacturer.
• The warranty applies to the specific work performed, not surrounding areas or pre-existing conditions.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the job scope and existing conditions.
• Ensure the work area is accessible and reasonably clear.
• Secure pets during service visits.
• Have a responsible adult present during service, or make prior arrangements.
• Notify us of any HOA rules that may affect work.

9. Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during work. If we discover a hidden issue, we will stop and notify you immediately.

10. Liability Limitations

Best Handyman Tucson carries $1,000,000 general liability insurance and is fully bonded. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of damaged items at fair market value, or the total amount paid for the job.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Property Access and Safety

By scheduling service, you grant us access to the areas needed to complete the work. If a job site is determined to be unsafe, we reserve the right to stop work.

12. Photos and Portfolio

We may take before/after photos of completed work for our portfolio and website. Photos will not include identifiable personal information without consent. Let us know if you prefer not to have photos taken.

13. Website Use

The content on besthandymantucson.com is the property of Best Handyman Tucson. The website is provided "as is." Pricing, services, and availability are subject to change without notice.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in Pima County, Arizona.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
